The service

InspectFlow AI is reporting software for property inspection professionals. It helps you document and format your own observations. It does not inspect properties, does not diagnose defects, and does not replace your professional judgment or any legal requirement that applies to your work.

Accounts

You need an account with a confirmed email address to create, save or export inspections. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the content you publish in your reports.

Plans

The Free plan includes 1 free inspection, one time for the entire lifetime of the account. It is not a monthly allowance: deleting the inspection, clearing your browser, changing device or waiting does not restore it. You may keep editing that inspection and generating its report as often as you like.

Pro costs US$19 per month and includes unlimited inspections while the subscription is active. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and you can cancel at any time from the billing screen; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, create accounts in bulk, automate abuse, or upload unlawful content. We may rate-limit, suspend or review accounts that show signs of abuse.

Your content

Your inspections, photos and reports remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display them to you and to generate your reports.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Keep your own copies of exported reports.
