Privacy Policy

What we store

We store the information you enter to produce inspection reports: your account email, company and inspector profile, client and property details, findings, and the photos you upload. Report photos are kept in private storage and are only accessible through short-lived links generated for your signed-in account.

Anti-abuse data

To keep the one-time free inspection fair and to limit automated abuse, we store irreversible one-way hashes instead of raw values: a hash of your normalized email address, a hash of the request IP address, and an optional privacy-respecting device identifier. We never store the raw IP address or a browser fingerprint alongside them, and these hashes are used only for abuse prevention and entitlement enforcement. Rate-limit counters are deleted automatically after 24 hours; anti-abuse event records are retained for a limited period and then removed.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, receive or store your card number, expiry date or security code. We keep only the subscription status, plan identifier, renewal date and the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers required to manage your plan.

Bot protection

Sign-up, sign-in and password reset may use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that the request comes from a person. Turnstile processes the challenge on Cloudflare's infrastructure; we receive only a pass or fail result.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your inspections and reports at any time from your account. Deleting a report removes its data and photos, but does not restore a one-time free inspection that has already been used. To request deletion of your entire account, contact us.
